ANYWAYS HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY
“IS THAT WE CELEBRATING IT! HOW DOES THIS WORK?”
Many sacrifices made, but only few recognised. The recognised are also being criticised. Even the struggle for it has being made political, and having multiple stands on struggle, made some intellectual.
Negatives are being spread through air, the positives are pushed down to trench, and ‘The Actual’ “Is it still alive?” Whole year long we gossip about freedom fighters and now, celebrating a day given as gift by them! “Is it a day to celebrate or regret?” Every normal Indian out there watching Television, following politics and social media, have no knowledge of what it actually is, how a struggle is felt, how one can sacrifice for future of a nation, how many complications were actually there. And the one who study about it, have a bit knowledge of it.
Keeping that aside...
We fought for our independence “Oh sorry!” They(freedom fighters) fought for our independence, to not be dependent on any one. But, “Are we? Are we really independent?” Yes! We are absolutely dependent on the thing, which is just showing us the illustration of being independent. Yes! It’s true, but it is not the one you stuck in your mind, “No! Not Government at all.” It’s us, it’s our thoughts like, “ It’s not in my hand to come up with change, let ms escape from the police by corrupting them, and so on...
Police are actually meant for our safety. It’s us who made it in a way it is.
It all started by us, from the very moment when we started voting for the one who gave us money. And from then, they started collecting interests from us for what they gave.
Think of it once, “are we?” We who take money to vote, who can’t wait till the signal is green, who can’t make a queue in public place, who still needs money to earn money, can be independent? Can be worth criticising our freedom fighters?

From when we started taking money to vote, we lost the worth of being independent.
From when we bought the matter of ‘Identity’ between us, we lost as a nation.
From when we started hearing about women abduction, but not punishments, we lost as humans
The problem is with ‘HAPPY’ in Happy Independence Day. Let’s make it only Independence Day until we change by ourselves. At least this day, let us educate ourselves about our own country.
In this generation of feeling funny, when one cannot say their own country capital city, Father of their nation, and purpose of Independence and Republic days. I know this message is not going to spread. So,
